- All K&F CONCEPT® products carry a standard warranty period since the purchase transaction date. This warranty was covered the product defects and provides repair or replacement of the defective product or parts.
- K&F CONCEPT has extended the warranty period for certain product categories to provide a better buyer experience.All buyers who have purchased K&F CONCEPT products can apply for an extended warranty on www.kfCONCEPT.com.
- K&F CONCEPT lists the warranty periods for different types of products. You can refer to the table to check the warranty duration for your product. Please note that when you register as a member on the official website and successfully apply for an extended warranty service for Lens Filters and X PRO (Circular) Lens Filters, you will be eligible for a replacement-only service (no repairs).

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (from the buyer back to K&F CONCEPT®’s address) and K&F CONCEPT® pays for postage to ship the replacement or repaired item back to the buyer.
- In some cases, at K&F CONCEPT®’s discretion, the buyer may receive a refund if a repair or replacement is not available.
- Refunds issued are for the cost of the item only; no handling or shipping fees will be refunded. K&F CONCEPT must receive the returned item before a replacement is shipped to the buyer or a refund is issued. In most cases, the picture or video evidence illustrating the defect would be required for understanding the situation.
- The following situations are not covered by the K&F CONCEPT® warranty policy:
- Filter, tripod product damage caused by the standard operation, maintenance or storage not according to the relevant instructions of the product (for example, storage or use in an unsuitable environment, condensation caused by the difference in temperature, sand entering, etc.);
- To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Loss or theft;
- The buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the product;
- To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- To consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- Only K&F CONCEPT® products are covered, no other item is covered, including Co-branded products;
- To extend the warranty period or make a warranty claim, the buyer should provide the Order ID, Country and Buying Date, etc.
- K&F CONCEPT® suggests the buyers apply for a warranty from where they buy in order to get faster warranty service.
K&F CONCEPT Standard Warranty Extension
The Standard Warranty Extension conditions:
- The warranty extension is open for application during the standard warranty period of your products only.
- The Extension is free for kfconcept.com members. Please apply for it in the personal center.
- The application may include product SKU, purchase channel, country, order number (online purchases only), purchase date, email, and a picture of receipt (offline purchases only).
- For offline purchases, the date of "purchase date" and the receipt should be consistent. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.
- The extension period of all product categories starts from the end of the standard warranty period. For the total warranty period after extension, please check the corresponding product category in the chart above.
- In accepting the Standard Warranty Extension you agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and K&F CONCEPT relating to any warranty cover of the products purchased.
