According to www.sonyalpharumors.com news, Sony's new A7M5 may be released in the first half of 2025. Sony has previously completed the registration of a new machine, codenamed WW773396, which may be the A7M5. There is no confirmation of any parameters and specifications at present.

Rumors speculate that it may continue to use the 33-megapixel image sensor of the A7M4, add an AI chip, improve the AI performance, and enhance the tracking and focusing performance, similar to the A1 second generation. However, it is not ruled out that the A7M5 uses a new image sensor IMX366AJK (according to Sony's official document https://www.sony-semicon.com/files/62/pdf/p-13_IMX366AJK_Flyer.pdf), uses a 44.72-megapixel image sensor, and is supported by an AI chip. It can record 4K120P video and even 8K video.
